ZUMBA

Rhythm! Dance! Movement! An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles.

 

50/50 CYCLE

30 minutes of fun and dynamic aerobics designed to work on your overall body strength followed by 30 minutes of cycling. 

50/50 STEP

30 minutes aerobics class created to work on your overall body strength followed by 30 minutes of step choreography.

ROCK BOTTOM

One hour worth of lower body strengthening and toning.

GUNS N’ ROSES

One hour worth of upper body strengthening and toning.

TWIST N’ BURN

45 minute hopping from different work stations, a fun and challenging way to sculpt your waist. This effective class works on toning and conditioning all major muscles of the torso, including back, upper and lower abdominals, and obliques.

 

KICK N’ PUNCH

Sweat-dripping, heart pounding session that gets you jabbin’ and punchin’ your stress away. Red corner or Blue corner? Your choice!

 

BULLETPROOF

This is a high intensity cardio session designed to give you that extra punch of fitness you’re looking for.

 

QUICKFIT

Late for class? Don’t worry about it. Working on different muscle groups, these on going 20 minute mini sessions are perfect for you not to miss your workout of the day.
